We typically have the structures constructed at our factories as part of our ongoing development of the design - these can be viewed with prior arrangement as we will have different structures in place according to our design schedule. In addition, we can arrange site visits with our clients so you can understand why our buildings are so good.

Select your structure and shipping week on the product purchasing page. We will send you a quote within three hours or, at the latest, the same day. In addition, we will call and work with you to check you are ordering the most appropriate structure and you are clear on the delivery schedule and requirements. Once you confirm the quote, we will organise assembly and shipping, keeping you informed.

The invoice contains our bank details. Payment is made through bank transfer, credit card, debit card, or through Stripe’s online payment system.

Any purchase under £4,000 is the full payment with the order.  Our terms for purchases over that are 30%, with orders 70% just before delivery; typically, we supply structures rapidly; therefore, these invoices can come together. Invoices are normally to be paid within seven days, but our terms above must be adhered to.

For companies inside the U.K., VAT is charged at the standard rate of 20%, but companies outside the U.K. are exempt.

The company is structured to provide commercial structures rapidly for businesses that want to expand their operations when needed. So we manufacture to 90% assembly, enabling us to quickly package and deliver a wide range of structures from order confirmation. Our efficient process strives to achieve delivery times as short as 72 hours for our self-install structures.

Our product guarantees are available on the website and stipulate longevity, wind and snow guarantees against euro codes BS 6399-2:1997 / BS 6399-3:1988 / BS EN 13782:2005

Structure components are delivered on steel-framed stillages and wrapped in protective materials. Stillages can weigh up to 2,000 kg; a forklift is required for unloading, but this can not be done by hand.

As stillages are transported via the commercial freight network, tracking codes can not be used; however, we are able to confirm which day the structure will arrive a few days before delivery, and if there is a delay, we will keep you updated.

McGregor supplies structures all over the world. In Europe, delivery will typically be on stillages. For the rest of the world, we load structures into ISO containers and typically work on CIF incoterms.

Construction can take anywhere from 24 to 96 hours to install a single unit without doors, depending on the building. Our modular design means construction time is predictably related to the number of units specified. Our expert construction team has built hundreds of structures and can install your structure quickly, with minimum disruption to your business.

Planning permission depends on several factors, such as the use, size, location of the building and local authority policy. Please reach out to one of our specialists to know more.

Safe use and setup are specified in the operation and maintenance manuals and presume the site guidelines and installation instructions have been adhered to.

All McGregor structures are designed to stand the test of time, offering enduring quality that can last for many years. The longevity of each structure largely depends on how the customer maintains the roof sheet using the ratchet strap system.

Shield Canopy, Opus and Agri Span structures are designed to withstand harsh weather conditions. Our set packages allow us to calculate specific wind and snow loadings, which are given in the operations and maintenance manual. Most of our structures are guaranteed to Beaufort 10, while OPUS midi is guaranteed to Beaufort 12 - see guarantee for specifics.
